About

About me

Hello and welcome!

My name is Thea. I am a qualified individual integrative therapist and qualifying as a couple & relationship psychotherapist; I am in further training as a psychosexual psychotherapist. I currently live in London which has been home since 2020.

I have spent much of my life living across different countries and cultures since childhood, which has shaped my sense of identity as both culturally ambiguous and richly connected to multiple influences. I embrace the complexity of these experiences, understanding that people, relationships and life events are never one-dimensional, but layered with meanings that can shift depending on personal history and perspective. This appreciation for nuance and individuality, and my natural curiosity, inform how I practice.

I offer short-term and open-ended sessions in person and online, in English or Spanish.
